Happy customers at The Belmont Hotel!

Hi Roxy

Now that we have returned from our honeymoon Rebecca and I wanted to thank you for everything you have did for us which ensured our wedding day was the best day of our lives.

Right from the first meeting with you, you made us feel special and important   Then each time we came to see you to discuss progress on our big day it became very clear to us that we had made the right decision in choosing the Belmont.  Your planning was meticulous and the delivery from you and your colleagues equally impressive.

We had friends and family telling us how much fun they had and in many ways that was down to the professionalism of the staff at the hotel. Everything just worked and we are so grateful to you all for doing your bit in making everything go so perfectly, and wow, what an impressive room. You did wonders with the room. It was gorgeous before but I don't think I could have dreamt about having our wedding day in somewhere so beautiful.   And everything else just went like clockwork which all resulted in it being the perfect day.

Life has been quite hectic since we arrived home on Tue night but we felt that one of the things we had to do was say thank you to you personally. Hopefully we will bump into you again but if not we thought we should tell you just how brilliantly you did your job.

Dear Claire and Roxy,

I wanted to say a big thank you for everything that you did for our wedding; the day was so perfect in everyway! So many people commented on how even the smallest detail was covered! The hotel staff on the day were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble! You guys are both so good at what you do and it shows in the way you do things that you really care about the customers and making their big day so special…. I would like to again say a big thank you from me and Tom from the bottom of our hearts….

Dear Claire

We’re sure that the happy couple will be in touch after they return from their honeymoon, but, as parents of the groom we’d just like to thank you and all your colleagues on your efforts to make the day such a success.

The organisation was excellent and we’ve only had positive feedback from both the guests on the day, and from those who stayed at the hotel over the weekend.

We’d certainly have no hesitation in recommending the Belmont as your attention to detail was most impressive.
